Albion's Boxing Day trip to Dagenham and Redbridge is already under threat.
The Victoria Road pitch is frozen under covers and the Essex club fear the forecast small rise in temperatures later this week will be insufficient to thaw it out.
Covers were removed briefly on Saturday for a pitch inspection ahead of the scheduled game against Peterborough, which was called off.
The sheets were immediately replaced and were soon covered by several inches of snow.
Dagenham have suffered two costly postponements recently.
They are planning to produce a scaled-down match programme for the Seagulls’ visit to keep costs to a minimum in case the game is called off.
Temperatures are forecast to rise from Sunday which should give Albion’s home game with Charlton next Wednesday a realistic chance of going ahead.
