Albion have awarded highly rated young centre half Lewis Dunk a one-year contract extension.
Dunk was signed as a pro last summer on a two-year deal.
The revised arrangement keeps him at the club until June 2013.
Meanwhile, the Seagulls have released development squad midfielder Conor Wilkins, the son of former Albion manager Dean Wilkins.
