Gus Poyet has avoided an FA charge for his dismissal against Doncaster last Saturday.
The Albion boss was sent to the stand by referee Eddie Ilderton for protesting over a yellow card shown to Kazenga LuaLua.
Poyet has been warned as to his future behaviour.
