Inigo Calderon says Albion need not worry about other team's results as they prepare for a trio of away games.
The Seagulls are still sixth in the Championship after their 4-1 win over Huddersfield.
Calderon hopes they stay in the play-off places as they tackle away trips to Bristol City, Bolton and Barnsley.
The full-back said: "We have spent too many weeks looking at the table after games and watching results from other teams.
"Now we don't care. It's just about us.
"We have three games away but I think we are doing all right now so we have to keep the momentum."
Midfielder Liam Bridcutt is now available again after suspension but Calderon is delighted Albion won twice without him.
He added: "We always say we have got a big squad and you have to prove that.
"The example is Liam Bridcutt. He has been one of the best players we have and in the last two games we didn't miss him a lot.
"It is important for the squad. You have injuries and suspensions so it is really important for players to come in and do the same job."
