Albion's game at Reading will be on TV and has been moved back a day.
The trip to the Madejski Stadium to face Nigel Adkins' relegated side is now live on Sky Sports on Sunday September 15 (1.15pm).
The fixture was originally scheduled for Saturday September 14 (3pm).
The change means Albion will go a full fortnight without a game after Millwall's visit to The Amex on August 31, which is followed by an international break.
It has also led to Albion's visit to Queens Park Rangers being delayed 24 hours.
The game at Loftus Road will now be played on Wednesday September 18 (7.45) instead of Tuesday September 17.
