Tomasz Kuszczak has urged Albion to be mentally strong as they battle against a crop of injuries.
The Seagulls face Watford on Monday missing several potential starters.
Keeper Kuszczak said: “We have lost players who change games, score goals, create things.
“We are in trouble now a little bit because we play under our fans’ expectations and our own.
“This is a tough time but we are all professional and we have to do everything to change that and do a good job.”
