Chris Brown deflected home a Mark Duffy free-kick on 74 minutes to give Rovers the leveller they deserved.

But Lita broke their hearts with a close range finish right in front of Albion’s fans after a corner had been headed back across goal by Stephen Ward.

Forster-Caskey’s strike on eight minutes was a memorable effort as he let fly from at least 30 yards.

Albion right-back Bruno went off with what looked like concussion after bravely getting his head in the way of a David Cotterill shot as his side had to get through a lot of second-half defending.

Will Buckley limped off with a hamstring problem - described by assistant head coach Nathan Jones as "a tweak" - soon afterwards
