Ashley Barnes produced a stunning strike to save a point for Albion today.
The striker cut inside and fired into the far top corner to secure a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth.
A point apiece was fair reward from a very competitive South Coast tussle.
Matt Ritchie thrashed a free-kick past an unsighted Tomasz Kuszczak for the 29th-minute opener as energetic Cherries shaded the first half.
Kuszczak made key saves from Ritchie and Brett Pitman either side of the break.
But Albion were much improved in the second half and were worth the point handed them by Barnes’ left-footed blast on 55 minutes.
