Jake Forster-Caskey is on course for the Euro under-21 finals in the Czech Republic next summer with England.
The Albion midfielder helped Gareth Southgate's side to a 2-1 win in Croatia tonight and 4-2 victory on aggregate to qualify for the finals in June.
Forster-Caskey was handed his third start by Southgate and played the whole 90 minutes, just as he did in the 2-1 win for England in the first leg at Molineux last Friday.
Goals in each half by Leicester defender Liam Moore and Derby midfielder Will Hughes secured the England youngsters' passage.
