FLORIDA: A judge involved in the Anna Nicole Smith proceedings is to appear in court accused of smoking marijuana in a park.
Lawrence Korda was charged after being found sitting under a tree on Sunday.
The fight over control of Playboy Playmate Smith's body began in Korda's Fort Lauderdale courtroom last month.
Korda also heard brief arguments in a related case that seeks to determine the biological father of Smith's baby daughter, Dannielynn.
