Chris Hughton fears Solly March is in for a significant lay-off after going off with a knee injury at Derby today.
The winger was stretchered from the field with suspected ligament damage in the first half of an exciting 2-2 draw.
He went down early on while chasing an opponent but resumed after treatment.
March then collapsed to the turf again a few minutes later while running on his own and was withdrawn from the action.
Hughton will await further reports but believes Albion have lost the England under-21 star for some time.
The Albion boss said: “Well assess that one tomorrow but certainly I don’t think it is going to be one where he is available soon.”
