Anthony Knockaert is back in the Albion line-up as they take on Aston Villa.
The French winger returns from compassionate leave after the recent death of his father and replaces James Murphy in the starting XI.
Murphy started and scored in Knockaert’s absence as the Seagulls won 2-0 at Bristol City last time out.
Jiri Skalak switches from right flank to left for the televised Championship clash at the Amex.
Murphy moves to the bench with Elvis Manu dropping out of the 18. Solly March is again among the subs.
Gabby Agbonlahor is a surprise starter in attack for Villa while Jack Grealish drops to the bench.
Mile Jedinak has proved his fitness sufficiently after a trip to the Far East on international duty to take his place just ahead of the back four.
As expected, Woodingdean boy Tommy Elphick does not make the XI.
