Albion loan signing Fikayo Tomori is a World Cup winner - with a helping hand from former Crawley goalkeeper Freddie Woodman.
Both featured in a 1-0 win for England in the under-20s final against Venezuela in South Korea today.
Central defender Tomori, who made ten appearances for the Seagulls this season on loan from Chelsea, made a strong contribution to another clean sheet for Paul Simpson's jubilant young prospects.
Woodman, now with Newcastle, was the hero with a late penalty save after Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored in the first half.
Woodman was limping in a dramatic finish after hurting an ankle in an accidental collision with Tomori.
