Gus Poyet is guarding against a return to winning ways for Derby at Pride Park tonight.

The Albion manager is wary of Nigel Clough's side following the Seagulls' example by emerging from a results slump.

Albion have won two of their last three Championship outings after nine games without a win.

Derby also made a flying start to the season but have lost their last four and won only one of their last ten.

Poyet said: "They started very well, similar to us. They've had a few bad results, lost a few strikers which doesn't help, and they are trying to re-group. It's going to change for them.

"We haven't been winning away from home. We've had great chances to do it and didn't take them. This is another chance but we know it is going to be very difficult, because they need to win as well."
