Albion have lost their appeal against the red card for Ashley Barnes in Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Burnley.
The striker's three match ban has been confirmed, ruling him out of the visit to Reading on Boxing Day, to Coventry on New Year's Eve and Southampton's trip to The Amex on January 2.
Romain Vincelot is banned for the same three games after he was also sent-off in the early stages against Burnley.
