Eastbourne Borough have signed winger Dan Smith on a permanent contract following his release from Plymouth.
The 19-year-old enjoyed a successful three month loan at Priory Lane last season, scoring three goals in 14 games.
His signing follows the arrival of goalkeepers Michael Jordan and Danny Knowles plus striker Liam Marum yesterday.
Smith said: "I was made so welcome and enjoyed my time so much at the club that I am happy to be coming back.
"The club showed how much they wanted me by coming in straight away for me when it was known I was leaving Argyle. I cant wait for the season start."
