Boss John Gregory has rung the changes as Crawley seek a much-needed victory at Brisbane Road today.

Gwion Edwards returns following a hernia operation while there are rare starts for transfer-listed trio Conor Henderson, Matt Harrold and Brian Jensen.

Gavin Tomlin and Lewis Young drop to the bench while Lewis Price has returned to Crystal Palace and Sonny Bradley is rule out with an ankle injury.

It means Crawley are expected to revert to a flat back four having operated in a 3-5-2 system for the last six games – a run in which has seen them lose three and draw three.

Harrold starts up front alongside Shaun Miller with top scorer Izale McLeod completing a three-match ban. Tomlin pays the price for missing a penalty in the 2-1 defeat against Port Vale by dropping to the bench.

Henderson is rewarded for his late goal against Vale with a first start for six weeks while Jensen features for the first time since conceding five at Notts County more than two months ago.

Edwards has missed the last two games following surgery but has recovered sufficiently to face Orient who are just below Reds in the table.

Former Albion winger Dean Cox is recalled by Orient who also feature ex-Reds loanees Shaun Batt and Josh Wright.

Orient (4-4-2): Legzdins; Omozusi, Cuthbert, Lowry, Dossena; Cox, Vincelot, Wright, McAnuff; Batt, Dagnall. Subs: Sawyer, Baudry, Mooney, Lee, Pritchard, Woods, Lisbie.

Crawley (4-4-2): Jensen; Bawling, Leacock, Walsh, Dickson; Smith, Elliott, Henderson, Edwards; Miller, Harrold. Subs: Young, Banya, Tomlin, O’Connor, Richefond, Isaacs.
