New signing Chris Atkinson must wait to make his debut for Crawley Town following his arrival on loan from Chesterfield.
Atkinson is named among the substitutes for the home clash with Notts County as boss Mark Yates names an unchanged team to the one which beat Cambridge United 1-0 last weekend.
Yates keeps faith with Ross Jenkins in central midfield after the former Watford man signed a deal until the end of the season yesterday.
Josh Yorwerth returns to the squad following injury but is also on the bench as Yates retains the partnership of Jon Ashton and Sonny Bradley in the centre of defence.
Reds will be bidding for an eighth win in their last nine home league games while County have not triumphed away from home since August.
The Magpies are also missing former Reds striker Izale McLeod through injury on what would have been his first return to the Checkatrade.com Stadium since forcing through a move to Meadow Lane in August.
Crawley (4-4-2): Flahavan; Young, Ashton, Bradley, G Smith; Tomlin, Walton, Jenkins, Edwards; Barnard, Harrold. Subs: Preston, Bawling, Yorwerth, Rooney, Deacon, Fenelon, Atkinson.
Notts Co (4-4-2): Carroll; Atkinson, Hollis, Hewitt, Milsom; Murray, Thompson, Bennett, Valencic; Campbell, Stead. Subs: Loach, Amevor, Smith, Spencer, Sharpe, Burke, Aborah.
