Lewes are through to their first Sussex Senior Cup final since 2006 after beating County League side Loxwood 3-0 at Culver Road, Lancing.
The Rooks will now take on Burgess Hill or Whitehawk in the final at the Amex on May 16.
They went ahead on 37 minutes when Matt Crabb delivered a free-kick to the back post where Nicky Wheeler converted with a flying volley.
A second goal arrived 19 seconds into the second half when Arron Hopkinson raced into the area before firing low into the bottom corner.
Loxwood had, in fact, started the second half with ten men, having been unable to get substitute Andre Elkana on.
Gary Elphick had a shot cleared off the line and Tom Davis hit a post before Ollie Rowe wrapped up victory nine minutes from time when he headed past goalkeeper Billy Bishop.
