Dan Smith comes into the Eastbourne Borough side as boss Garry Wilson makes just one change to the team which lost 3-0 at Wrexham on Saturday.
Smith comes in for Simon Johnson on the right hand side of midfield for the visit of AFC Wimbledon to what is already a packed Priory Lane.
Simon Weatherstone failed a fitness test on his injured hamstring but Andy Atkin is fit enough to take a place on the bench with Ross Treleaven dropping out.
Wimbledon also make just one change from the opening day with Jon Main earning a place in the starting line-up thanks to his late penalty which sealed a point against Luton.
