Lewes boss Steve Ibbitson believes summer signing Sam Crabb has a bright future.
Crabb, who joined from County League side Eastbourne United, missed two golden chances in Wednesday’s 1-1 draw with Thurrock.
Ibbitson said: “Crabby could have five or six goals but the important thing is he is getting himself into those positions and ultimately he will score a lot of goals for us.
“He had a few chances but he was the one who got in those positions and a lot of the time it was through his own raw pace.”
Skipper Danny Cullip hopes to return from a hamstring injury for tomorrow’s trip to St Albans. Jack Walder should also be available after a hamstring problem.
