Lewes are hoping to extend George Barker’s loan spell from Albion in time for tonight’s trip to Hampton and Richmond.
The striker’s initial one-month spell ended on Saturday when he scored a spectacular 25-yard strike in a 2-0 win at Maidenhead after coming off the substitutes’ bench. Manager Tim O'Shea wants Barker to stay and spoke to Albion yesterday.
There are still doubts about Anthony Barness (hip) and Jermaine Wright (sickness) who missed the Maidenhead game.
