Whitehawk have decided not to appeal against Pa Saikou Kujabi’s red card in the win against Weston-super-Mare last weekend.

The Gambia international will now serve a one-match ban when Hawks visit Wealdstone in Vanarama Conference south next weekend.

Left-back Kujabi, left, was dismissed for a professional foul after coming on for the injured Lee Hills.

Regular left-back Hills will be missing when play-off chasing Whitehawk visit Ebbsfleet United today but should be back for Monday’s game at home to Hayes and Yeading.

Skipper Osei Sankofa is expected to return to the starting line-up today after being released against Weston-super-Mare.

Full-back Marvin Hamilton comes into the squad after serving a three-match ban held over from his time at Eastbourne Borough.

Manager Steven King is expecting a tough game against an Ebbsfleet side whose play-off challenge appears to be over.

He said: “They are a very good side and on their day they can beat anybody. You can see their quality with the signings they made.

“They might think they are out of the play-offs picture, ten points behind fifth place with five games to go, but any manager will tell you that until it is mathematically not possible you keep going. That makes them a dangerous side.

“This game could be pivotal in our season. If we could get four points this weekend we will have done well.”

John-Paul Kissock’s tenth booking of the season means he will start a two-game ban next weekend.
