Two young ballet dancers will feature on the world’s stage after being chosen to perform at the Olympic Games closing ceremony.
Out of thousands of performers who auditioned, Charlotte Dunn, 16, and Laura Hammond, 17, were among 200 selected to dance with mainly professional ballet stars. The pair, both study at the Roshe Performing Arts School in East Grinstead and Crawley.
Roshe principal Rosemary Woodd said: “This is a phenomenal achievement for such young dancers. They are a credit to Roshe.”
Exact details of what is planned are being kept under wraps until the ceremony on August 12.
