Brighton jockey Ryan Moore will undergo a neck scan in hospital after he was injured at Newmarket last night.
Moore was hurt when his mount, Newton's Law, became trapped in the stalls at the Cambridgeshire course.
The 31-year-old walked away from the incident but was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge after complaining of neck pains.
He will miss the rest of his rides at the July Festival meeting at Newmarket.
Moore, flat racing champion jockey three times, rode a record nine winners at Royal Ascot last month.
