Diversity is the name of the game at Seaford Ladies Rugby Club.
That's the message from Lucy Stewart who is a driving force behind the team that is in it's second year.
Women's rugby is enjoying an upsurge but former Lewes Women's captain Stewart wants to attract more players to the club as they pursue a league place next season.
And the mum-of-three insists that potential players should not be fearful they are not the right size or shape.
She said: "We have an 18 year old and a 44 year old in the team and everything in between.
"One of our players was 21 stone when she joined and now she is 18 stone. She would only last five minutes at training to begin with but now she has done a whole game.
"It's an amazing way of keeping fit. If you're fitness is high or low, it's a great way of keeping it up there or to get it going.
"Mums on the team say it is a good stress release!"
Ian Newby is coach and chairman of the club.
