Albion lifted the Sussex Women's Challenge Cup for the 16th time after beating Crawley Wasps 5-1 in the final at Culver Road.

Bronwen Thomas's first half hat-trick plus a goal from Ellie Dorey gave the Seagulls a 4-0 advantage at the break.

Wasps defended stubbornly in the second half and were rewarded for their efforts when Rebecca Carter scored from 30 yards to make it 4-1 before Kim Stenning netted late on.
