Full-time - Mansfield 3 Lewes 0 - Lewes crash out of the FA Cup after conceding 3 goals to Mansfield.

81 mins - Sub Ian Holmes scores for Mansfield with a looping header.

72 mins - Lewes' defender Ian Simpemba was sent off for a second bookable offence.

Half-time - The deadlock was broken on 32 minutes when the Boulding brothers combined to put the Stags ahead. Matt Hamshaw sent Rory Boulding away on the right and his delightful low cross was knocked home from close range by elder sibling Michael.

The goal was a little harsh on Lewes who had proved a good match for their hosts in the opening half hour.

However, things got worse five minutes before the break when Mansfield went 2-0 ahead. Hamshaw produced some great work down the right before slipping a pass into the path of Rory Boulding who fired low into the far corner.

40 mins - Rory Boulding scores for Mansfield with a low shot into the far corner.

32 mins - Michael Boulding scores for Mansfield from close range after a cross by his brother Rory.

Lewes started positively and Mansfield hearts fluttered on five minutes when Gary Holloway made space for himself in the penalty area from a Dale Binns pass but Jake Buxton cleared the danger.

There was also a scare for the Rooks on 11 minutes when Ian Simpemba was penalised for pulling back Michael Boulding as he looked to skip clear on goal. Thankfully for Simpemba the referee brandished a yellow card rather than a red.

From the resulting free kick Lee Bell's low drive from 35 yards was deflected goalwards by John Mullins and Steve Williams made a fine one-handed save.

Binns was finding some space down the left and his low cross was cleared from under his own bar by Dan Martin at the expense of a corner.

Lewes lined up as expected with Jamie Cade on the right of a 4-3-3 formation.

It meant Andy Drury, who had been battling a knee injury, started on the bench where there was no place for Ian Selley or Tom Davis.

Mansfield paired brothers Michael and Rory Boulding up front in the absence of hamstring victim Simon Brown, who scored a hat-trick against Macclesfield seven days earlier.
