Dean Wilkins has warned his Albion troops they face two tough assignments to reach the potentially lucrative third round of the FA Cup for the second season running.

The Seagulls will visit first round giantkillers Torquay United on December 1 if they win their replay against Cheltenham at Withdean a week tomorrow.

Torquay, relegated from League Two to the Conference national last season, came from a goal down to trounce Albion's League One rivals Yeovil 4-1 at Plainmoor yesterday afternoon in front of the live BBC cameras.

Wilkins said: "I came in as the fourth goal went in. It was a surprise, although I saw them earlier in the season against Aldershot and they are very fit and well-organised.

"They proved against Yeovil they are not just capable of beating League opposition but by the sounds of it destroying them.

"We have got a massive job to do against Cheltenham before we even think of that but it would be a long trip and a very difficult game if we progress."

The Torquay squad includes rightback Paul Hinshelwood, younger brother of injured Albion defender Adam.

Albion, stung by the lowest League crowd ever at Withdean against Walsall last week, have slashed prices for the Cheltenham replay following Saturday's 1-1 draw at Whaddon Road.

Adult seats start at £12, while a grown-up and under 16 can watch for £15.

Tickets are on sale to Gold members only until 5pm tomorrow. They also go on sale to Blue and White members from Wednesday and on-line tickets will be available from Thursday.

George O'Callaghan could be back for Wednesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at home to Cheltenham but David Martot and Tommy Elphick are both major doubts.

O'Callaghan (sickness) and Martot (twisted ankle) missed Saturday's match.

Wilkins said: "I would assume George will have recovered but I am not too sure about David.

"He had some swelling and bruising around the ankle on Friday. It's a little bit worse than we first feared."

Elphick suffered two injuries at Whaddon Road and went off in the second half.

Wilkins explained: "It was his knee in the first half. It looked like he twisted it slightly.

"The reason he came off was that all of a sudden his groin caused him problems."
