Chris White insists Worthing will have a competitive side next season.
Fans feared the worst when a number of players left following the resignation of Simon Colbran, who led the Rebels to the Ryman division one south play-offs last season.
But new boss Chris White has launched his team rebuilding with ten signings from his former club, Horsham YMCA, and has promised there are more on the way.
White hopes to get an answer from a midfielder and a forward this weekend and has not given up on keeping Jamie Brotherton.
The ten new signings are former Worthing quartet Terry Dodd, Steve Metcalf, Tom Lawley and goalkeeper Tony DiBernardo plus Luke Gedling, Matt Geard, Mike Huckett, Tony Timms, Neil Watts and Tom Manton.
White said: “They all played for me last season and they are all good players.
“Some good players have left the club but we are replacing them with good players.
“There are two or three more in the pipeline. I always felt confident we would have a good side together.”
