Nine-man Rye United saw their FA Vase hopes ended in extra-time at King's Lynn.
The County League side led through Duncan McArthur's 32nd-minute strike in their quarter-final clash in Norfolk despite having Shaun Loft sent off for an alleged elbow in the opening exchanges.
King's Lynn levelled through Steve Spriggs just before half-time and went on to win it with two goals in extra-time from substitute Rob Harris after Rye lost Danny Ellis to a red card on 83 minutes.
