A chance for someone’s heroic deeds to be rewarded.
Perhaps they have changed your life, or that of another. Or they have been the fulcrum of a community and acted selflessly.
It is up to you to decide who is worthy of the title of “hero”, which can mean different things to different people. Tell us why that person should win this award.
We want to hear as much detail about your nominations as possible so feel free to send as much information on each nominee as you can think of.
Award winners will be announced at a glitzy awards night held at Theatre Royal Brighton hosted by newsreader Nicholas Owen in October.
