Public Service of the Year

Incorporating this award category from The Brighton and Hove Public Service Awards run by Brighton & Hove City Council, this category celebrates a public service in the city that has had an outstanding year in all aspects of the service it offers from its personnel to the way the service has operated. The Carelink Community Alarm Service were last year’s deserving winners.

All those nominated for this award will appear below as they are received so remember to keep visiting for updates.

We want to hear as much detail about your nominations as possible so feel free to send as much information on each nominee as you can think of.

Award winners will be announced at a glitzy awards night held at Theatre Royal Brighton hosted by newsreader Nicholas Owen in October.

You can nominate as many people as you like for as many different awards as you like online.

Nominations must be received by The Argus by August 29.

Nominations received so far include: All staff at Midhurst Community Hospital, Dr Eilidh Ogilvie, Community Mental Health Team - East at Brighton General Hospital, Independence at Home Team BHCC, The Day Option Team, Carelink and Dawn Barnett.
