KATIE Price has thanked her family and fiancé Carl Woods for standing by her ahead of her drink-driving court hearing.

The Brighton-born former glamour model recently completed a stay at The Priory rehabilitation clinic following a car crash on the B2135 near Partridge Green.

The 43-year-old avoided prison time by entering the rehab facility after pleading guilty to drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.

Since leaving the facility, Katie has taken to social media to share a series of photos featuring her children Junior and Princess, sister Sophie, mother Amy and fiancé Carl.

Alongside the photo of Carl, she wrote: “This man has stuck by me in my most critical times and never done me wrong.

“The past four months have been challenging for him and I thank him for standing by me and giving me the strength I needed and support through yet again real actual traumas caused by people who I knew.

“The truth of all the events I encountered you will be very aware of soon. I love you.”

Katie, who has more than 2.7 million followers on Instagram, recently posted on the social media platform after a five-week break following the crash.

The caption alongside the image of her family said: “My family, my team and the people that will always have my back no matter what. I love you all so much.

“Thank you for always putting me in my place, and telling it to me straight. I truly appreciate everything you do for me.”

Katie’s sentencing is due to take place on December 15.

After being confronted by police following the crash, Katie was heard saying “I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all”, the court heard.

A drugs wipe gave a positive reading for cocaine, prosecutor Debbie Jones told court.

A statement made through her family after the crash said: “Kate acknowledges and takes full responsibility for her actions.

“She knows they were wrong and apologises. Kate is deeply loved, and she loves her family.

“We are all there for her right now – and her children, who she loves dearly, are giving her strength as a mum.”
