A MAN has been banned from the roads and must pay over £350 in fines and costs for speeding on the A24.
Rafiq Sadikot, of Arundel Road in Angmering, was spotted driving a BMW down the dual carriageway at Southwater at over 70mph on September 12 last year.
The 29-year-old admitted the offence.
West Sussex magistrates fined him £211 and disqualified him from driving for six months. The court said a ban was obligatory due to repeat offending.
Sadikot will also have to pay costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £34.
