A man has been fined for speeding in his BMW on the M23 in Crawley
A MAN has been fined for speeding in his BMW on the M23.
Will Clark has been ordered to pay a total of £344 by Brighton magistrates after being caught driving above 70mph on the motorway near Tilgate Forest, Crawley, on August 21, 2021.
The 24-year-old, of Parham Close, Brighton, was fined £220 and given three points on his licence in a single justice procedure.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
