WAGIE ESHAG has been told to pay nearly £200 after running a red light on the A270 Old Shoreham Road, near the junction with Sackville Road, Hove, on December 14 last year.

Eshag, of Martin Road, Hove, was fined £66 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 58-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence and also received three points on his licence.

JANE ESTALL has been ordered to pay more than £800 after driving a car without insurance.

Estall, of Pelham Crescent, Hastings, drove the Ford in Rectory Lane, Winchelsea, on December 4 last year.

The 54-year-old was fined £660 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.

She also received six points on her licence for the offence.

KAYLEY CHARDE-ANNE FISCHER has been ordered to pay nearly £600 after speeding in a Vauxhall on the M23 between Junction 10a and Junction 11 near Tilgate Forest last year.

Fischer, of Jameson Crescent, St Leonards, was fined £440 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on October 25.

The 33-year-old also received six points on her licence for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

KYLE DEX FORDHAM has been ordered to pay nearly £300 after speeding in a Vauxhall in London Road, Uckfield, last year.

Fordham, of Hope Farm, Uckfield, was fined £154 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 30mph on October 1.

The 32-year-old also received three points on his licence for the offence, which he admitted, and was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

Fordham had pleaded not guilty to failing to give police information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Shoreham on February 23 this year. That charge was withdrawn by the court.

TUDOR BOGDAN GAINA has been ordered to pay more than £300 after speeding on the A23 police ramp, Albourne, last year.

Gaina, of Brewer Street, Brighton, was fined £220 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on October 14.

The 22-year-old also received three points on his licence for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

NECULAI GANGAL has been ordered to pay more than £200 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes on the M23 between Junction 10a and Junction 11, near Tilgate Forest, last year.

Gangal, of Elm Drive, Hove, was fined £97 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on October 25.

The 33-year-old also received three points on his licence for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

GOSPODIN GOSPODINOV has been ordered to pay more than £800 after pleading guilty to driving a car without insurance.

Gospodinov, of Riverside Caravan Park, Shripney Road, Bognor, drove a Renault in Station Road, Bognor on November 18 last year.

The 22-year-old was fined £660 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.

He also received six points on his licence for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

MARCIN GRACZYK has been ordered to pay nearly £300 after pleading guilty to speeding on the A23, Broxmead Lane, Overbridge, last year.

Graczyk, of Hill Top Way, Newhaven, was fined £146 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 60mph on October 11.

The 46-year-old also received three points on his licence for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

JORDAN HANCOCK has been ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to give police information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Hancock, of Kings Close, Hampshire, was ordered to pay £660 and a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 for the offence at Shoreham on November 29 last year.

The 29-year-old also had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

An offence of driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on the A27 Arundel Road, Binsted, on October 24 last year, was withdrawn by the court.

OSVALDS HEIDEMANIS has been ordered to pay more than £200 after pleading guilty to driving a car without the proper licence last year.

Heidemanis, of Belmore Road, Eastbourne, drove the Kia on the A2770 in Eastbourne on December 15.

He was fined £83 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 for the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

His driving record was also endorsed with four penalty points.
