A PERSON has been taken to hospital after a car flipped on its side near a school.
Emergency services were called to the junction of Carden Avenue and County Oak Avenue, near Carden Primary School in Patcham, Brighton, earlier this morning after two cars collided.
The crash happened as parents were on the school run at around 8.05am.
Ambulance crews attended the scene and one person was assessed and treated. They were then taken to hospital for further checks.
The road was partially blocked, with traffic moving slowly past the incident.
