A Sussex village has been named among the poshest in the UK according to a new list by The Times.
The paper listed 22 villages from around the UK that were considered the poshest, with Forest Row being included.
Fleur Britten and Francisca Kellett writing for The Times said: "What makes a modern, aspirational village? Is it the helipad, the historic pub with the Michelin star or the rock star who’s moved into the manor house down the road?
"Just as there can be microclimates, so there can be microcultures creating a scene amongst the scenery. It’s enough to turn even the most committed of urbanites."
Giving extra credence to Forest Row's place on the list, the writers actually moved to the Sussex village themselves due to its proximity to London.
The full list of 22 villages can be seen on The Times website here.

Forest Row
Just a short drive away from Crawley, Forest Row is described as a "beacon of progressiveness among more traditional Sussex villages".
Its "dynamic" nature and is just 30 miles from south London gives it an edge over its "sleepier neighbours".
Further positives come from the village's community initiatives such as the Repair Cafe, Community Fridge and the forthcoming Men's Shed, where blokes can connect over "tinkering".
Hop Yard is also seen as a further selling point for Forest Row whilst the five-star Ashdown Hotel and Country Club is described as "the place to recuperate".
