A man wanted on recall to prison has offered to collect the reward offered by police for his arrest.
Sussex Police issued an appeal to find Curtis Harrison, 32, after he was previously imprisoned for breaching a restraining order.
After the appeal was posted on Facebook, an account appearing to belong to Harrison commented saying he would take the £500 offered for information leading to his arrest.
On Facebook, Crawley Police wrote: “We are offering £500 for information leading to the arrest of Curtis Harrison, who is wanted on recall.
The 32-year-old, who has links to Uckfield, Crawley and Tunbridge Wells, has violated the terms of his release.

Commenting on the post, an account named after Harrison and using photos of him said: “I’ll happily collect it £500” to the amusement of other social media users.
It is unclear whether or not Harrison has since been arrested. The comment has since been removed from the post.
Harrison is white, about 5ft 10in and medium build. He has dark hair and facial hair.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said that they were "still trying to locate" Harrison.
