New data has been used to forecast which beaches will be the most popular in the UK and Brighton beach comes out top.
The study, based on TikTok views, shows that Brighton beach is the most viewed beach in the country on the app with cumulative views of more than 79 million.
The data comes alongside a survey by Parkdean Resorts, a holiday operator, which also found the beach ranked sixth in the country on its most relaxing beaches index.
Also noted were Brighton's average high temperatures of 19.5C in summer and its more than 2000 “excellent” ratings on TripAdvisor.

One other beach in the county also made the top ten.
West Wittering beach just reached the number ten slot with a total of more than 620,000 views on TikToks about it.
