A life-sized Dalek and K9 have been unveiled to mark Sussex Day and a big Doctor Who anniversary.
The models are now on display in The Capitol in North Street, Horsham, as the sci-fi series celebrates its 60th anniversary later this year.
The late Ray Cusick, a long-term Horsham resident and BBC production designer, was the original creator of the fearsome robots.
The display in The Capitol pays tribute to Mr Cusick’s “artistic genius” and the “indelible mark” he left on the world of Doctor Who.
Alongside the Dalek is another beloved character from the series, K9, Doctor Who’s faithful companion.

The Dalek and K9 models are on loan from Horsham actor and producer Jack Lane and are available for viewing from 1.30pm daily at The Capitol for a limited time, providing a unique opportunity for fans and enthusiasts alike.
"As we celebrate Sussex Day, we are thrilled to bring a piece of Doctor Who history to Horsham," said Tracey Grubb from The Capitol.
"The Daleks are iconic figures in British television and we're proud to honour the creative legacy of Ray Cusick, a Horsham resident who played a significant role in their design.”
