A severely disabled student blew staff away with his reindeer design which is set to appear as a charity Christmas card.
Matthew Oxley, who lives at Chailey Heritage Foundation, a charity supporting young people with complex health needs based at North Chailey near Lewes, was inspired by the film Noelle for his festive creation.
It shows a baby reindeer flying through a wintry night sky.
Staff were so impressed by the 24-year-old’s design, which was created during an art session at the charity’s leisure and skills centre, that they have chosen it to be their official Christmas card for 2023.
Every penny raised will help support the children and young people with complex disabilities.

Chief executive Gareth Germer said: "It is such a lovely card and we are proud that it has been created by one of our young people.
"We encourage creativity in a number of different ways here at Chailey Heritage Foundation and this card is so very uplifting. Well done Matthew."
The design is now available to buy at Christmas cards 2023 (chf.org.uk). It is £5 plus postage for a pack of ten cards. You can also collect your order on-site.
