Jofra Archer made an impressive start to his first County Championship match for Sussex since the 2018 season.
The 26-year-old opened the bowling from the sea end and after bowling two maidens, then picked up wickets in consecutive overs.

The first came from the first ball of his third over, as his delivery was edged by skipper Daniel Bell-Drummond to George Garton at second slip, with saw him finish his third over with a wicket maiden.

Archer then struck again with the final ball of his next over, as he got the better of his England Colleague Zak Crawley, after a ball nipped away from him at last minute and he nicked it to skipper and wicketkeeper Ben Brown.

That left the seamer with figures of 2-6 from his fours overs in his first spell, with George Garton coming into the attack to replace him.
