Adam Hinshelwood won’t forget the name of his new signing in a hurry.

The Worthing boss has added Adam Adam to his Worthing squad.

Adam the player was on the bench for the win at Welling on Saturday.

Worthing will look to follow up that up at Weymouth tonight.

Hinshelwood said of the other Adam: “He’s an exciting young player from Horsham.

“He can play any of the front positions, has lots of pace and is one we can’t wait to see develop.”

Summer signing Dan Bowry has been cleared for his debut, which was delayed by a minor groin issue suffered in pre-season.

Bowry is a ball-playing defender who joined from King’s Lynn and has National League experience.

Jake Robinson has been sidelined by a knee injury.

Hinshelwood was delighted with the football his side played between both boxes at Welling and the chances they carved out.

But he said: “From six chances Welling created, they scored from two and hit the bar twice, so we have got to make sure we tighten up.”

Eastbourne Borough will look for a first win at the newly-renamed SO Legal Stadium.

The Priory Lane naming rights deal with the solicitors firm runs initially until the end of next season.

Sports lost 4-3 at home to Bath City on Saturday and now host Ebbsfleet, who have won their first two games.

Boss Danny Bloor said: “A nice easy game! A side who I think are favourites to win this league.”

A busy non-league evening also sees Littlehampton play at home for the first time in the Isthmian League as they host Whitehawk.

Both teams opened the seasn wth wins.

Littlehampton exect a bog crowd and have asked fans to arrive early.
