Albion have completed their busy WSL transfer window by signing two goalkeepers.

Nicky Evrard has completed a season-long loan deal.

She recently joined Chelsea from Leuven on a three-year deal.

The Belgium international, 28, has 63 caps and has played club football in Holland and Spain.

They have also brought in Sophie Baggaley from Manchester City for undisclosed terms.

Albion head coach Melissa Phillips said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Sophie to the club.

“She is looking forward to the challenge of helping us achieve our aims for this season and the future, and her experience of the WSL will only help the squad as we move forward.”

“Nicky is a fantastic addition to the squad.

“She has been a standout performer at club level in Belgium, as well as on the international stage at both last year's Euros and the World Cup earlier this year.

“We’re excited to work with her and give her the opportunity to test herself in the WSL.”

Albion’s array of summer signings includes Spain legend Vicky LosadaPortugal midfielder Tatiana Pinto and twice Champions League winner Pauline Bremer.

Deadline day also saw two young Albion youngsters head out on loan and two more senior players leave the club.

Libby Bance has gone north of the border to play for Rangers while Lulu Jarvis has joined Reading, both on season-long loans.

Park Ye-Eun is also going to Scotland but her transfer to Hearts is a permanent move.

Meanwhile Zoe Morse is retiring from football and returning to her native USA.
