Women from Brighton are the quickest in the UK at getting ready, according to a new survey.
The data looked at the ins and outs of the "getting ready routines" of 1,000 women.
It revealed those in Brighton and Hove are ready to face the world in under an hour with time to spare at just under 40 minutes.
On average, women in Brighton spend just 39 minutes getting ready on a weekday morning.
The figure passes the hour mark for a night out, when women in the city take 65 minutes to get ready.
Although women in Brighton are the least likely to prioritise fake tanning in their routine, they spend more time than those in any other city when it comes to choosing their outfit.
The survey, by independent fashion retailer SilkFred, also found women in Brighton spend most of their getting ready time on their hair and makeup.

Amy Miller, from Brighton, said: “When I’m getting ready in the morning I try to make the most of my time. I find that building a capsule wardrobe that’s full of well-made basics can save you time when picking an outfit.
“On a night out I do like to spend more time on make-up elements like eyeshadow and lip-liner but for everyday a quick application of mascara and blusher does the trick.”
