Police are investigating after a man's motorbike was stolen just six hours after he bought it.
Jack Smith, who lives in Kemp Town, bought his Husqvarna Svartpilen motorbike on the morning of Friday, February 16.
That evening, between 5.30pm and 7.45pm it was stolen from Bloomsbury Street.
Jack issued an appeal on Facebook to help get his bike back.
He said: "If anyone has seen the bike or seen anything suspicious please contact me.
"Any help would be appreciated, I love this bike so much and just want it back.
"Thank you all."
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police confirmed that the force is investigating the incident.
She added: "Any witnesses or anyone who has information which could help officers with their enquiries is asked to contact Sussex Police online or by calling 101 quoting serial 1158 of 16/02."
