A renewed appeal has been issued for a man accused of carrying an imitation firearm.
Eddie Murphy, 34, is accused of carrying a BB gun in Preston Park, Brighton on April 10, 2022.
Murphy, formerly of Middle Street, Brighton, is charged with possessing an imitation firearm in a public place.
A warrant for his arrest was issued last week after he failed to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "We are searching for Eddie Murphy who is wanted for failing to attend court.
"The 34-year-old, formerly of Middle Street, Brighton, was charged with possession of an imitation firearm in a public place.
"He was due to appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 11, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
"Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is asked to report it to Sussex Police online or on 101 and quote serial 905 of 10/04/2022."
