Plans to build new homes in a village have been been altered and resubmitted after being rejected earlier this year.
The proposals, submitted to Chichester District Council by developers Briarsgate Homes, are for nine new houses to be built on land west of St John's Close in Woodgate, near Chichester.
If approved, there would be a mix of two, three and four-bed properties.
Each of these would be two-storeys high with a front and rear garden.

There would also be parking facilities on the development with a total of 23 spaces for residents to use.
The plans are the third attempt by developers to build on the site.
One previous application was rejected and another was withdrawn.
Briarsgate Homes said its last plans were refused in January over fears that a protected tree would be damaged.
There were also concerns that no off-site water works had been planned to help deal with the surface water that could be experienced at this new development.
However, the developer has said that the layout of the homes has been amended to protect the tree and that there are also plans for off-site water works to address issues with surface water.
A decision on whether to approve the plans is set to be made by May 30.
